Vogelsang is the leading provider of cleaner cabinets, and has been winning over major customers in Germany such as Deutsche Bahn and international transport companies for decades with its CleanUnit MSV series.

Proven and established Cleaner cabinets for every purpose: modular design, adaptable Vogelsang‘s CleanUnit MSV cleaner cabinets are available in many different versions. The cast stainless steel housings are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Electrical heating elements and trace heating provide frost protection when necessary. The efficiency starts as soon as you open the robust doors right up until the extraction of the cleaning agents at the press of a button. After the train has been cleaned, a stainless steel sink facilitates safe and environmentally friendly disposal of waste effluent. An external sink can also be provided for emptying bulky cleaning systems such as wet vacuum cleaners. Vogelsang cleaner cabinets provide automatic dosing equipment so that solutions for internal cleaning are ready-to-use. This equipment draws the cleaning concentrates from standard canisters that are safely stowed away underneath the wash basin. There are different technologies available for heating water. This applies also for the additional use of cleaning stations as local power supply points for operating vacuum cleaners or high-pressure cleaners. Our extensive range of accessories also includes emergency eye and body showers, soap dispensers, first aid boxes as well as various lighting and signal equipment. The cleaner cabinet can be used simply for many purposes both indoors and outdoors. This makes the cleaning team‘s job so much easier. 06 | 07 Transport technology – CleanUnit MSV cleaner cabinet Compact, robust and easy to install Equipment of CleanUnit MSV2 cleaner cabinet The tried-and-true CleanUnit MSV2 cleaner cabinet offers integrated shelves with lots of storage space in addition to the wet area with stainless steel sink and taps for media. The wet area can be easily accessed via a robust aluminium blind. MSV2 has established itself as the standard having been used hundreds of times. Housing The housing and doors are manufactured completely from stainless steel. This makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The door elements are manufactured in a robust sandwich construction and equipped with solid screw attachments for locking. There is also a model with internal heat insulation for use under extreme weather conditions. Greywater disposal Greywater can be safely disposed of in a stainless steel sink. The sinks are equipped with a siphon and a grate to place buckets. An external sink with an accessible grate is available for emptying larger bins. It is attached outside of the cabinet, and it can also be fitted with heating. Water supply A cold water tap is part of the standard equipment. Water heating The cleaner cabinet can optionally be equipped with water heating, a instantaneous water heater or small water heater with storage reservoir. Water connectors The connectors for greywater and water pipes are located underneath the sink. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Cleaning agent dosing Where necessary, the stations can be equipped with automatic dosing equipment so that the cleaning solution is provided-to-use. This allows the cleaning agent to be used efficiently, reliably ensuring that the correct amount is used. Frost protection and trace heating Electrical heating elements and trace heating can be used to ensure that the system continues to function even when the temperature drops below zero. The heating system has temperature sensors and an auto- matic temperature control. Local power supply Cabinets can be equipped with additional power sockets so that external devices such as vacuum cleaners and high-pressure cleaners can be powered right where they‘re being used. There are a variety of options for power socket combinations for this. Storage compartment Cabinets can also be equipped with storage compart- ments and inlays for storing cleaning equipment, toilet paper and similar supplies. Storage space The standard canister with cleaning concentrate can be stored underneath the sink, protected from unauthorised use.
