The ﬂ ow-optimised liquid manure outlet is unique to the BlackBird. This was calculated using ﬂ ow simulations. The result: The optimised geometry ensures that the liquid manure is deposited with high precision over the entire outlet, resulting in an even narrower manure strip. The skid also has a new geometry. This ensures even better crop division and penetration into the soil. And thanks to a special additional edge, wear on the skid has no effect on the joint shape or the slot. Outstanding distribution accuracy: The precision distributor at the heart of the BlackBird, together with the Vogelsang-typical hose routing, ensures even manure spreading without a problematic approach wedge. Durability and protection: The 3D collision protection on all BlackBirds helps to protect the supporting structures. Black hoses also offer greater UV resistance. Compactness across the board: The BlackBird family consistently focuses on a small installation space - leaving more room for large tank diameters, despite a maximum width of 2.99 metres. Best visibility even at night: All BlackBirds can be optimised with the unique NightShift lighting, which means that driving at night with obstacles is no longer a problem. Thanks do its cantilever, the BlackBrid can also adapt effortlessly here: each side arm compensates independently for the respective lateral height increase. A decisive advantage is the perfect ground tracking of the linkage. The nutrients can only be placed precisely by continuously placing them close to the ground. Our idea: a unique linkage that ensures height and pendulum equalisation. And independently for both side arms! So you can practically drive in a valley - a rising surface on the right and left - the linkage adapts completely to the contour of the ground.
